Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on all Karysmatik websites.
We make no charge for returns and there is no restocking fee.
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original
packaging with all labels still attached.
All returns must have a completed returns form.

To returns your goods, please go to the website where you purchased the
goods and proceed through the returns procedure as described on the site.
